摘要: 网络计划技术方法是工程施工单位进行施工组织设计和管理的一个有效的方法。目前国内在网络计划技术的理论水平与应用方面已经取得了较大进步,但在应用管理上,特别是计划执行中的监督与控制,以及跟踪调整方面还比较落后,根据网络计划技术的特点结合我国工程管理现状进行分析。
